Data Science & AI Lead (Machine Learning)

We are looking for someone with proven experience in both AI/ML advanced analytics solutions and managing data platform.

Job Duties:

• Lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML-driven advanced analytics applications focusing on on sales growth, business profitability, client retention and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the AI/Data platform, streamlining the integration of new machine learning models and data sources while optimizing architecture through effective engineering methodologies.
• Create and deploy AI/ML models to address intricate business obstacles, utilizing a wide array of algorithms and techniques, with a key emphasis on AI technologies such as RAG and multi-agent methodologies.
• Promote the utilization of insights derived from Generative AI solutions by engaging and collaborating with essential stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Manage data operations and delivery for marketing initiatives and customer value management programs, streamlining processes and automating tasks across various systems and sources.
• Aid in operationalizing propensity models developed for campaign executions.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of an advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with extensive professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in deploying Data science & AI solutions.
• Proficiency in designing data pipelines and machine learning production infrastructures, particularly with Azure services. Advanced programming skills in Python, R, and SQL, and familiarity with pertinent engineering tools like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Llamaindex, alongside a deep comprehension of agile solution development principles.
• Hands-on familiarity with data frameworks and cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks, and Spark, showcasing a focus on implementing and scaling Generative AI solutions.
• Previous involvement in the insurance sectors, with a specific concentration on Generative AI technologies and architecture utilizing Azure and OpenAI services, is highly valued.
• Demonstrated teamwork experience, got the leadership and mentorship exposure with a team of data scientists, and collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including the capacity to convey complex data science concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially in the realm of RAG chatbot development.
