Assistant Manager, Workflow Automation (Perm, 50K)

Our client is an international hospitality group. It is seeking a highly skilled Workflow Automation Developer. The ideal candidate will specialize in the design, development, and maintenance of automated workflows for CRM campaigns, utilizing SQL, Python, and Airflow. This role requires robust technical skills and a deep understanding of workflow automation from planning through deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and gather requirements for CRM campaign automation
• Design and develop automated workflows, ensuring reliable and efficient campaign execution
• Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation tailored to marketing strategies
• Develop Python scripts for data processing, applying business logic, and integrating with various APIs
• Create and manage Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) in Airflow to orchestrate the workflows, schedule tasks, and manage dependencies
• Conduct testing phases including unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure robust functionality
• Deploy workflows to production with a focus on scalability and monitoring using Airflow’s dashboard
• Continuously update and optimize workflows to meet changing business needs and improve performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role focusing on workflow automation
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation scripts
• Experienced with Airflow for managing complex workflows
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and campaign management processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
