Lead ETL developer (CRM)

This role will lead the team to deliver the data migration projects, and perform data profiling, data models, and work on target systems.

The individual is expected to lead various data migration tasks, including defining scope and approach, analyzing data models, developing project plans, overseeing data profiling, mapping, and reconciliation, collaborating with teams, managing ETL activities, preparing migration strategies and testing plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring data quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Over 10 years of IT project experience with a focus on system cut-over and data migration
  • Preferably experienced in large-scale data migration for CRM and billing systems in Telecom industry
  • Strong knowledge of data migration and reconciliation, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data migration software
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Positive attitude, quick learning, and ability to excel in challenging environments
  • Good command of English and fluency in Mandarin

Experience in mainframe IDMS, Powerhouse, Oracle BRM, Cobol, SQL/PLSQL, Java, Salesforce, or Telecom BSS/OSS is advantageous.
