Business Analytics Manager (Banking) - Up to 50k

This role will work closely on the system migration project, candidates with prior related experience in bank would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support in overseeing the migration project of the fraud detection system, which involves evaluating solutions, preparing proposals, updating project progress, planning, assessing and mitigating risks, reporting, and preparing documentation.
• Coordinate data loading activities with IT teams.
• Prepare data for developing fraud strategies and testing systems.
• Create programs to automate data loading and generate reports.
• Develop and design test cases for testing systems, strategies, and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to automate processes and implement strategies.
• Build dashboards to monitor data quality checks and track the performance of strategies.

Requirements:

• Hold a university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in analytics and system development
• Demonstrate extensive experience and proficiency in analyzing large volumes of data for rapid insight discovery.
• Proficiency in Programming Languages: PySpark, Python, BigQuery SQL, SAS.
• Familiarity with Platforms or Tools: GCP, BigQuery, Looker Studio is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, and business acumen skills.
