Assistant CRM Manager (Macau Based) - Data pipeline

You will play a crucial role in driving campaign success by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and developing data related innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and develop efficient campaign workflows
• Design, test, implement, and overseeadaptable workflow solutions using Python and SQL
• Establish and configure Airflow environments to simplify workflow management
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align workflow development with business goals
• Proactively identify areas for enhancing processes and suggest data solutions
• Construct and manage data pipelines to bolster campaign workflows
• Continuously monitor and fine-tune workflow performance for optimal efficiency
• Offer technical advice and suggestions to stakeholders based on business requirements and technical feasibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in developing workflows and data pipelines, focusing on optimizing business processes
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders, adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and familiarity with working in a Scrum environment
• Proficient in Python programming and SQL
• Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and optimizing Airflow
• Knowledge of Linux systems and development tools such as VSCode
• Understanding of DevOps platforms and methodologies
• Strong business acumen and the capability to comprehend and align with organizational objectives
• Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
