Data Quality Analyst - bank / investment

Seeking an experienced Data Quality Analyst to play a critical role in implementing operational data quality controls and ensuring high-quality data transmission to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor data quality controls across APAC territories
  • Perform proactive data reconciliation and issue/break management.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues proactively
  • Define data quality strategy and KPIs
  • Support IT to identify, categorize, prioritize technical data quality issues
  • Coordinate remediation projects with various stakeholders
  • Prepare the documentation and publication of governance presentation packs, incident investigation, data management artefacts (e.g., data lineage) and documentation of pain points and root causes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in data quality management
  • Strong technical understanding of Banking products/ investment product (especially Interest Rates and FX)
  • Fluent English; Cantonese required
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
