Business Analyst (Industrial OEM, CEO Office)

A leading industrial manufacturer is hiring a Business Analyst to support their CEO office for strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and actionable insights
  • Work closely with front & middle office to collect information and create initiatives for performance enhancement
  • Track KPIs and other metrics to evaluate overall organizational performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities
  • Conduct business analysis to aid in strategic decision-making related to sales, supply chain, and other areas
  • Manage data effectively to maintain accuracy and integrity, while also handling assigned ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Statistics or related disciplines
  • 1 year's experience in data/business analytics
  • Manufacturing background is a plus
  • Industry background in industrial/automotive is highly desired
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Frequent travel to mainland China (about daily to Guangdong)
