Data Scientist Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership in technological domains
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and overall analytics strategy
  • Provide thought leadership in technological domains
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and overall analytics strategy
  • Provide subject matter expertise in network analytics, natural language processing, clickstream data
  • Mentor other team members and manage people within the team
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex transactional and demographic datasets
  • Engage stakeholders to understand project requirements, present analysis results, make recommendations on strategy formulation

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science and analytics, with demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL or similar analytically oriented programming languages
  • University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or any other quantitative related discipline; PhD or Master degree is highly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms
  • Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as GCP, Azure and AWS and big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
  • High technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, motivation, passion for data discovery
