Lead Data Scientist - FS (8 yrs up)

This role will lead up the DS team and drive data strategy across the whole group.

Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to develop a data strategy, promote data culture, and lead a team in creating AI solutions for business optimization.
- Utilize data models for digital marketing to expand business opportunities.
- Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years in cloud-based Data or AI/ML applications management.
