Responsibilities

• Work with Product Manager and Owner on requirement gathering and product platform & features enhancement
• Understand customer’s feedback and complaints on using digital products
• Provide ongoing support for assure delivery quality on digital products for customer channels and internal supporting platform
• To evaluate new ideas and features for channel and propose service enhancements
• To evaluate and manage risks on channel development and enhancement
• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

Requirements

• Degree holder in related discipline
• 2+ years Business Analyst / Product or Channel Management experience in Wealth Management / Equities / Stock Trading domain
• Sound knowledge in banking and securities trading operations, procedures, rules and compliance requirements
• Familiar with Agile & waterfall environment
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
