The Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Team to deliver new ERP applications (e.g. Finance, Purchasing and Reporting) implementation and integration as well as support for post go live operations
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including BU, technical team, and vendor to ensure projects are delivered timely and with high quality
- Responsible for requirements collection, system design mapping, SIT, performance testing, penetration testing, UAT and Go Live deployment
- Responsible for system integration design, connectivity testing and end to end integration testing
- Prepare for project documentation (such as specifications, testing script, issue log, end user guide, etc.)
- Customize BI dashboards & BI reports
Key Requirments:
- Degree in in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering, logistics management and/or industrial engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years IT relevant work experience in a role of business analyst / system analyst with minimum 2 cycles in system implementation life cycle (requirement analysis, solutions design, testing, training & Go Live) preferable with tasks in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Knowledge in Oracle ERP system (EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications) finance and purchasing applications
- Strong communication and written skills in both Chinese and English
