Business Analyst

The position is looking for business analyst with UAT experience from insurance, banking or finance industry. This is a permenant role in insurance company.

Key responsibilities
• Lead Requirement workshop and drive for business solution
• Define future state of business process and formulate the solution with vendors, peers and stakeholders
• Design process flow to meet business needs
• Review solution design to ensure fulfil requirements
• Design testing strategy and execute UAT, regression test
• Design training material and conduct training for business change
• Support production problem analysis

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 3 - 5 years' experience of business analyst or testing planning, execution tasks in insurance or financial industry
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, self-motivated and independent
• Good planning, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
