As part of the group project management team, act Business Analyst for ERP system roll out and features change request.
Job duties
•To analyze as-is business processes and business requirements to propose process/ solution which achieve company greatest benefits.
• Drive business discussion, provide user training and guide user for various system implementation tasks (Data conversion/ UAT/ etc).
• Prepare system documents, including functional specification, user specification, user training etc.
• Involved in change request or system enhancement Project for Data preparation and management.
Requirements
• 1+ year in system implementation project (ERP /Retail / supply chain system) will be a plus for Business Analyst
• Oracle ERP/ SAP ERP / Dynamic ERP / Cloud / Retail project experience as an advantage
• Excellent communications skills with business user and stakeholder management skills
• Detailed oriented; mindset with “challenge status quo”
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Short Notice is highly preferred
