IT PM/ BA (Agile) - Bancassurance / Wealth Management

Join as a IT BA /PM in Agile environment for wealth management and Bancassurance project. Gather and review requirement from business, work with headquarter solution team on customization and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for requirement gathering & analyse project planning, vendor selection, implementation and testing for new system
• Practising Scrums in project delivery, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Ensure deliverable are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
• work closely with business side on project prioritisation to optimise resources usage
• Keep and promote project best practices and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvement
• Actively monitor and report progress and changes to all stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements:

• University graduate in information technology, business administration, financial engineering related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• 5+ year IT project management experience in Financial Service
• PMP / PRINCE 2 holder
• Familiar with SDLC cycle, experience in Agile environment or Scrum method is a plus
• Experience in Banking Project e.g. securities trading plate-form, FX / Equities /Bonds / Stock trading/ Bancassurance related project
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Short notice will be a plus
