IT Business Analyst (Agile) - Financial service

One of the marketing leading financial service client is looking for Agile Business Analyst to join their application development team for regional project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work close with reigoanl business user, local development team, Digital product and data team for new project delivery
•Lead the Agile development process and reach the goal of each sprint
• Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
• Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects
• Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis and implement the system design
• Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer science, information technology or related discipline
• 3+ year as IT Bushiness analyst or softwware development background
• Familiar with SDLC process, familiar with latest technology
• Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organisation through functional boundaries
• Solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining) will be a plus
• Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
