Business Analyst-Cards Loans-system support & project

Assist Business System Manager to provide day-to-day system operation and support, also system enhancement project for Credit Card including Issuing & Acquiring and Unsecured Loans

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for card and loans system BAU enhancement project
• Act as Password Administrator for Card System and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations
• Handle System Parameter Changes for different systems / applications which related to Cards & Unsecured Lending
• Collect and collate statistical and system data in a timely manner for the reporting
• Support/assist team lead on system enhancements/projects on requirement gathering and clarification, process mapping, review functional specification and coordination with users.
• Manage UAT and regression test support for system enhancements, fault fixings and security patch.
• Assist and support on system enhancements execution, including project documentation (e.g. User Story, Test plan/case document) according to project governance
• Assist and monitor IT related budget and review IT related expenses with quarterly and annual reports
• Support system rollout/cutover and perform production verification
• Support production incident investigation and resolve the issue within the SLA

Requirements:

• University graduate in information technology, business administration, financial engineering related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• 2+ years Business Analyst or system operation and support in Financial Service , prefer in cards / loans / lending
• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Short notice will be a plus
