Business Analyst - property developer

The Role Overview: This role will be responsible for understanding business needs and providing technical solution with stakeholders. This is a permanent role with a leading property developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the initiative to understand business needs and requirements and provide technical solution with various stakeholders
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and vendors through the implementation process
• Create user story and translate solution and ideas into technically feasible flow and create business requirement documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to define the priority on business needs, create excellent user experience and information architects to build user journey, wireframes and prototypes
• Consult and Create UAT test scenario and plans and lead the UAT execution to ensure the deliverables meet business needs and its quality
• Plan and provide operational rollout-support including user training, user manual and post-implementation support

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital, customer journey design, requirement gathering, analysis and planning or business analytic role
• Practical end to end project or product management experience in mobile and digital system development
• Work experience in preparing user requirement specifications, test plan and roll out plan
• Knowledge in CRM would be an advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
