Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the business analysis team to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure business requirements are aligned with technical capabilities and limitations
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for business analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in IT processes and systems
- Manage and develop team members, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an IT environment
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including setting goals and objectives, developing and mentoring team members, and managing performance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis
