Job Responsibilities
- Lead Requirement workshop and drive for business solution
- Design process flow to meet business needs
- Review solution design to ensure fulfill requirements
- Design testing strategy and execute UAT
- Design training material and conduct training for business change
- Support production problem analysis
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of business analyst in insurance or financial industry
- Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Good team player, self-motivated and independent
- Good planning, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
