Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope
- Develop and recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Manage IT projects in the banking industry, ensuring that technology solutions meet regulatory requirements
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to develop effective solutions
- Monitor project progress and manage project risks and issues
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computing Science or related subject
- At least 10+ years of proven IT project management experience in the banking industry
- Strong IT or management knowledge and skills in banking applications and technology initiatives
- Experience in dealing with regulators and managing technology and business parties highly desired
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
