Responsibilities:
• Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP project implementation and ongoing support
• Enhancement work of the Oracle Cloud ERP system and new function adoption
• Coordinate project tasks with business users, vendors and development teams
• Manage system scope and user expectations
• Provide support on requirement study, system design, data conversion, integration, report development, testing, system configuration, training and documentation
• Conduct periodic assessment on operations functions and regular review system functionalities, guidelines and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines
• 3 years or above of experience in business analysis or system implementation
• Solid experience in ERP project implementation and support
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to articulate ideas and issues in laymen terms
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Solid skills in developing reports using reporting tools or SQL programming
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is an advantage
• Good written, spoken and report writing skill in Chinese and English
• A good team player, independent, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
