Key Responsibilities
• Collect and analyse user requirements for the enablement of systems
• Identify, analyse and document detailed business and system processes and logics (e.g. as-is and
to-be)
• Author data requirement documents, business requirement documents, user guides and operating
procedures
• Manage system integration and user acceptance tests with test cases, testing data, root cause
analysis and test result reports
• Use database tools and Power BI to develop data transformation logics from multiple data sources
to data warehouse and data visualisation tools
• Coordinate with IT team to ensure the success of project delivery and smoothness of IT operation
with high performance
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant disciplines
• Holder of ITIL, PMP or other IT field certificates is a plus
• Familiar experience on O365, SharePoint, Power Automate, SQL, and more
• At least with minimum 2-3 years on managerial experience
• Experience on ServiceNow, JIRA or any ITSM tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills is a must
• Hands on experience on reporting tools with SQL language experience is necessary
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
