Job Responsibilities

Deliver and achieve cost effectiveness in the operations of HK branch by monitoring the corporate KPI especially on productivity
Implement various projects or initiatives to promote productivity and meet and outperform the bank requirement
Review and design operations flow, review/prepare user requirements and business analysis
Ensure quality delivery of system enhancement and sign off of UAT
improve the operations efficiency, work process and control and monitor progress for system enhancement

Job Requirements

Degree holder in business administration, operational management and process re-engineering, or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sizeable organisation, preferably in financial institution, specialised in business analysis, operational management, project management
Sound knowledge of bank operations, especially operations risk management
Experience in banking governance of policies and procedures
Familiar with corporate banking operations, possessing Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Sound knowledge and solid experience in areas of corporate banking products, investment products and delivery channels
Excellent English writing skill
Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Analyst.
