Senior /Business Technology Manager (Life Insurance)

Responsibilities
 Liaise with life insurance business units on various life insurance/banking business requirements
 Work closely with users, vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose business solutions with appropriate technologies
 Perform feasibility study, functional design and produce functional and/or system specifications
 Maintain a measurable and quality of project deliverables within defined and agreed upon project requirements
 Participate in System Integration Test and coordinating User Acceptance Test
 Provide end user training

Requirement
 Degree holder with major in Computer Science or Business Studies
 10 years or above experience in banking/insurance industry
 Experience in Insurance Product Development, Compliance or IFRS17 project is an advantage
 Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment
 Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
 Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
