It is now looking for a Technical Lead - SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT Director in developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap of the ERP product
- Responsible for working with business leaders and internal stakeholders that are relevant to the ERP to understand their business goals and process improvement needs
- Responsible for managing technical upgrades, new features and enhancements from the vendor and closely working with the product and implementation vendor and the development team
- Contribute to the delivery and release management of SAP continuous improvement cycles, upgrades, integrations, and critical enhancements
- Ensure all solutions, reporting or data exchange are well architected and compliant to group security and privacy standards
- Keep abreast of latest IT and digital trends, and adopt respective system advancement
- Educate system users to utilise tools for data exchange, operational or analytical needs
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology or relevant disciplines
- At least 7 years’ experience in application development, solution design, system analysis and implementation
- Proven track record of project management and delivery
- Knowledge of system integration such as API integration
- Experience with reporting tools or data analytics tools e.g., SSIS or Qlik Sense or Alteryx
- Solid experience with SAP ECC or S/4 (FICO OR HCM) OR SAP SuccessFactors
