Digital Business Analyst - Financial Services

Job Description:

- Liaise with users and development team to gather and analyze business requirements
- Produce functional or design specification, prepare test plans and conduct impact analysis on system enhancements
- Ensure application systems are delivered effectively and provide support on project implementation
- Provide support to future system related production issues and handle IT service requests
- Recommend business or technical solutions to users
- Provide system maintenance service in a timely and cost effective manner
- Cooperate with other teams in data processing and security activities

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- 7+ years' of relevant working experience, preferably gained within financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good project management skills & customer-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English and Cantonese
