Solution Architect - Financial service

This senior technical leadership position requires an expert architect to drive transformation in banking related systems while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into architectural solutions
• Design and implement forward-thinking architectures that comply with regulations
• Oversee the modernization of core banking systems, managing system integration and data migration initiatives
• Ensure all solutions demonstrate scalability, security, and regulatory compliance
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Guide development teams in proper implementation practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in IT architecture and solution design
• Technical expertise in:
  • Cloud platform architecture
  • Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF)
  • Microservices architecture
  • RESTful API design
  • DevOps methodologies
  • Both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Outstanding communication abilities with strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
