Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of API and Microservices-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, product owners, and development teams, to gather requirements and define the architectural vision for API and Microservices projects.
• Design scalable and extensible API architectures, including RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and API gateways, to enable seamless integration and interoperability between systems.
• Define and enforce API and Microservices design principles, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency, reusability, and maintainability across the organization.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support API and Microservices development, considering factors such as performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, assisting in problem-solving, code reviews, and architectural decisions related to API and Microservices development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on API and Microservices architecture.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable and robust API and Microservices solutions using technologies such as REST, GraphQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices, with the ability to apply them to API and Microservices development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and experience with API frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring Boot, Express.js, Swagger).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines for API and Microservices projects.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
