System Development Manager (GenAI)

A leading market infrastructure and financial services organization is seeking an experienced System Development Manager (GenAI) with strong expertise in Generative AI, machine learning, and enterprise-grade solution delivery.

This role sits at the forefront of digital innovation, driving the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions across enterprise platforms, including web, intranet, and internal systems. You will play a key role in translating emerging AI technologies into scalable, production-ready capabilities within a secure, high-availability environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Generative and traditional AI use cases, including natural language processing and computer vision, from concept through to production deployment
• Provide technical leadership in AI solution design, including model selection, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning strategies to achieve desired outcomes
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, ensuring suitability for enterprise environments
• Drive project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, and issue resolution
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams to gather requirements and define robust solution architectures
• Ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing systems, aligning with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and security standards
• Develop and oversee testing strategies, including functional, performance, and scalability testing to ensure solution reliability
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and knowledge transfer
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable end-users and support teams
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation, contributing to best practices and reusable frameworks

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT application implementation, with strong experience in enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in end-to-end delivery of Generative AI solutions, including real-world deployment and integration
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including foundation models, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning techniques
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and deep learning frameworks
• Experience optimizing AI solutions for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business and technical teams
