Business/Data Analytics - Retail Bank & wealth management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analytics Manager to join our client's Analytics team specializing in Deposits and FX. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics to support strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and foster data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Develop innovative analytics solutions to drive business growth and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data insights into decision-making processes.
• Ensure high-quality analytics methodologies and service delivery for stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align analytics goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking analytics, with expertise in Deposits or FX products.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL/BigQuery, Tableau; cloud platform experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Proven expertise in areas such as customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, pricing analytics, data science, open-source data analysis, machine learning, or AI applications.
• Proficent in Cantonese and English
