Business Analyst/ Consultant - AI

This role is crucial in identifying high-impact AI use cases, translating business needs into practical AI solutions, and ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AI experience, strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, and a passion for digital innovation.

• Support AI transformation across various departments by identifying high-impact use cases and defining practical AI solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate business problems into AI functionalities, including prompt development in English and Chinese.
• Manage the AI use case backlog and support phased expansion, ensuring solutions are realistic and aligned with business priorities.
• Assist in testing, fine-tuning, and establishing governance standards for AI agents to ensure quality and compliance.
• Track project progress, risks, and adoption metrics, providing regular updates.
• Collaborate with technology teams on system and API integration needs.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and go-live strategies, including communication, training, and documentation.

Requirments:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or finance
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in business settings is a MUST
• Ability to write structured prompts in English and Chinese
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and automation tools is advantageous
• Energetic, proactive, and curious about AI and digital innovation
