The Executive Assistant Lead will manage a team of Executive and Team Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality administrative and organisational support to professionals. This role is responsible for team leadership, workflow optimisation, and partnership with senior stakeholders to align support functions with business needs and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Executive Assistants and Team Assistants, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee workload distribution, monitor performance, and provide regular, constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, service‑driven team culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and document preparation.
  • Drive process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and responsiveness within the assistant function
  • Serve as a key liaison between administrative teams and senior stakeholders, aligning support services with business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Represent the assistant team in cross‑department meetings and discussions

Requirement

    • Proven experience managing administrative or support teams in a financial services or corporate environment.
    • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in managing complex workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives
    • Exxcellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
