Personal Assistant (Prefer Flight Attendant/ hospitality)
We are looking for a personal assistant to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Provide all-round administrative, secretarial, business support to CEO
- Liaise with internal and external parties at different levels
- Manage the CEO's agenda and coordinate meetings and events
- Organise travel plans including flights, overseas accommodation and connecting transportation
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by CEO
Requirement
- Degree holder or equivalent
- 3 years or above of relevant working experience within EA/ PA position + Flight Attendant/ hospitality industry
- Familiar with MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Excellent team player with strong motivation, proactive, able to work in fast paced, tight deadlines and results-driven environment
- Immediate available is preferred
