Executive Assistant to chairman

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive executive secretarial and administrative support to Chairman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-spectrum executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, and event organization
  • Conduct research and assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and emails for external parties such as government bodies, corporations, and public institutions
  • Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Work closely with stakeholders to collect information, monitor project progress, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring confidential materials are managed appropriately
  • Organize meetings and events, prepare agendas, take minutes, and proactively follow through on action items
  • Provide personal support to the Chairman when assigned
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and perform additional ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields
  • At least 7-8 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within property development
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey the chairman’s directives to various stakeholders
  • Confident, direct, and proactive communication style with the chairman, paired with strong interpersonal skills when working with others
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level executives
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in commonly used office software and tools
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
