Join a leading investment bank renowned for its inclusive culture, excellent branding, and diverse working environment. As a Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.

What you'll do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and distributing relevant materials
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal colleagues and external clients, responding promptly to queries
  • Manage incoming correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and post, prioritising urgent matters
  • Collaborate closely with other assistants across departments to share best practices and ensure consistent standards of service throughout the organisation

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under pressure
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Teams
  • A flexible approach towards changing demands coupled with a willingness to collaborate closely with others for shared success
