What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various roles such as Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Management and Traders.
- Manage multiple calendars considering different time zones
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements in partnership with Corporate Travel Agent
- Schedule meetings directly with listing and non-listing companies or via the Corporate Access Team
- Process individual’s travel and entertainment expense in Concur
- Handle incoming mail distribution and general filing tasks
- Provide back-up support to other Senior Executive Assistants during their annual leave or as needed
- Assist with administration-related projects on an ad hoc basis
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position is a highly motivated individual who possesses strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role along with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. The ability to work under pressure, handle difficult situations, multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively is crucial. You should be able to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain highly confidential information. Furthermore, the ability to communicate and work with all levels of senior management and/or other departments is a must.
