A local listed company is looking for a Secretary to provide business support to COO due to growing & transforming business.

About the role:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executive
• Assist to arrange and organize daily schedules, meetings and travel itineraries (including accommodation, transportation and visa application)
• Ensure prompt and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and phone calls.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of attention to detail.
• Subscribe to and gather market information, staying market trends and developments.
• Prepare marketing reports, analyzing data and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

About the person:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or other relevant majors
• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
• Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to edit graphic presentations and materials.
• Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities.
