My client is one of the leading global hedge fund investment firm. They are currently looking for a Executive Assistant to join their team and support the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management team members
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and board discussions
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Assist with the organization and execution of events and conferences
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and initiatives
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain and update Salesforce database, including data entry, record management, and generating reports
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and seamless operations
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within a hedge fund or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
