One of the top tier multinational company in Hong Kong is looking for an Office Assistant to join their expanding team .

Main Descriptions:

• Collecting, sorting and distributing mails and documents;
• Assist in general office work and administrative duties as assigned (i.e. photo-copying, document scanning and binding);
• Support to meeting venue setup, office decoration, company events & staff activities
• Responsible for outdoor assignments, e.g. daily mailing, dispatch services, recycling management
• Handle some ad-hoc duties as required by the manager;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

主要職責;

• 一般辦公室外勤工作,須外勤運送文件(港九新界各地區)
• 整理及分發公司內部信件及物資
• 協助處理辦公室雜務(例如搬運桌椅)
• 執行臨時指派工作

Main Requirement:

• Form 5 or above;
• Two years’ related experience in sizable company;
• Fluent in Cantonese;
• Ability to communicate in simple English and Mandarin is a plus
• Knowledge of PC skills

要求:

• 中五或以上程度
• 2年相關工作經驗
• 具責任感、熱誠有禮及具良好溝通技巧
• 具基本電腦操作知識
• 操流利廣東話, 一般英語及普通話
