A popular and a well-established hospitality group in Hong Kong is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Founder of the business. Ideal candidate must be a good team player, a responsible person and with solid secretarial support experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and dedicated support to the Founder
  • Handle complex calendar and scheduling, travel arrangement, flight bookings, accommodation and other logistics
  • Handle expenses claims and monthly reports
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in providing secretarial support to C-level
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-minded
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse range of people
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible with good working attitudes
  • Immediately available preferred
