Receptionist
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in providing excellent administrative and front-desk related services, ensuring a smooth operation of the office environment.
What you'll do:
- Provide front desk reception coverage and guest relations support for visitors and clients
- Coordinate meeting rooms and video conferences with various departments
- Manage access cards for the team
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc and scheduled courier service for the team
- Monitor inbox and manage emails effectively
- Verify invoices and submit them for approvals
- Manage inventory of stationery supplies, including papers and envelopes
- Attend to office equipment/plants maintenance and arrange repairs where necessary
- Provide admin support including travel & hotel bookings
- Coordinate/support company events
What you bring:
- 2+ years of corporate experience in an office support/ front-desk role
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and basic Mandarin
- Prior experience within hotel management/customer services are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with multi-tasking
- Excellent team player with high sense of responsibility
