This role is perfect for someone who thrives in providing excellent administrative and front-desk related services, ensuring a smooth operation of the office environment.

What you'll do:

  • Provide front desk reception coverage and guest relations support for visitors and clients
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and video conferences with various departments
  • Manage access cards for the team
  • Coordinate and manage ad-hoc and scheduled courier service for the team
  • Monitor inbox and manage emails effectively
  • Verify invoices and submit them for approvals
  • Manage inventory of stationery supplies, including papers and envelopes
  • Attend to office equipment/plants maintenance and arrange repairs where necessary
  • Provide admin support including travel & hotel bookings
  • Coordinate/support company events

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of corporate experience in an office support/ front-desk role
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and basic Mandarin
  • Prior experience within hotel management/customer services are welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Excellent team player with high sense of responsibility
