This role offers an excellent opportunity for a cheerful, dependable individual with strong interpersonal skills to handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors and clients, and support general office administration duties. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive network that values commitment and collaboration.

What you'll do:

As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.

  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Support on general office administration duties efficiently
  • Manage meeting room reservations, approvals, and set up
  • Order and distribute office supplies as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Receptionist role brings at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in reception or general administration.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Experience in reception and general admin preferred
  • Ability to assist in daily office administration duties
  • Cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good team player familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
