Currently hiring for a Receptionist for a family office.
Job Duties
Oversee the reception function on a daily basis
Answer all main line incoming calls and manage firm voice mail
Greet and direct visitors to conference room
Assist in ordering and management of company catering and events
Provide general office support including stocking office supplies and pantries, mail distribution, scanning and filing documents
Coordinate travel plans for executives if required
Assist with miscellaneous projects as requested
Requirements
Bachelor or associate degree is preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience, open to flight attendants, hoteliers and customer service experiences
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
