Currently hiring for a Receptionist for a family office.

Job Duties

  • Oversee the reception function on a daily basis
  • Answer all main line incoming calls and manage firm voice mail
  • Greet and direct visitors to conference room
  • Assist in ordering and management of company catering and events
  • Provide general office support including stocking office supplies and pantries, mail distribution, scanning and filing documents
  • Coordinate travel plans for executives if required
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor or associate degree is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, open to flight attendants, hoteliers and customer service experiences
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
