This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The successful candidate will manage the reception desk, coordinate internal events, handle administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Manage reception desk, greet clients/visitors, prepare and monitor visitor access cards and maintain security awareness in the reception area
  • Accurately plan and organise meeting room reservations and assist with meeting room set up for presentations as required
  • Receive, screen and redirect incoming calls and relay telephone messages as required
  • Handle new joiner and leaver workflow
  • Coordinate and expedite internal events’ catering and set up arrangements and requests
  • Determine/assign desks for visitors and short-term consultants and prepare the visitor notice accordingly
  • Maintain an up-to-date staff telephone list, restaurant discount list, staff photo records and lost and found records
  • Responsible for all business cards, office supplies, corporate printing and ad hoc external printing for the Bank
  • Handle respective invoice verification and process payment requests

What you bring:

  • Over two years of working experience in a reception/administrative role
  • Responsible, detail-minded, well-organised, able to work independently and respond quickly to changing demands and priorities
  • Good analytical, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Cheerful personality with strong relationship building skills
  • Resourceful, flexible approach to work in a fast-moving environment independently as well as in a team environment
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite software applications, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with Mandarin language skill as a plus
