This position will be supervising team of 6, and required candidate with leadership experience and SAP knowledge. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Responsible to monitor call center operation, provide guidance and support to motivate subordinates
- Set up and review operational procedure to ensure align with service standard
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operation deliverable
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 5 years of customer service and leadership experience, call centre and telesales background is highly preferred
- Familiar with SAP system, strong in problem solving and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, outgoing and able to motivate the team
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese
