Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer's enquiries and complaints within professional manner
• Maintain effective communications with internal teams to ensure business operations
• Assist in order processing to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain database is accurate and updated
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in any related discipline
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in customer service, highly preferred in call centre
• Strong organisational and time management skill, and attention to details
• Strong problem solving and customer-centric sense
• Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
