One of the listed MNC is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with frontline customer service experience. Job Descriptions:
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints within professional manner
- Maintain effective communications with internal teams to ensure business operations
- Assist in order processing to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain database is accurate and updated
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any related discipline
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skill, and attention to details
- Strong problem solving and customer-centric sense
- Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
