A well-known hospitality group is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor with good communications and leadership experience to join their team. If you are a candidate with relevant experience and hoping to join a sizeable and dynamic organisation then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Descriptions:
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints within professional manner
- Maintain effective communications with internal teams to ensure business operations
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements based on active collection of feedback from guests and tenant
- Prepare monthly manpower roaster to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Communications or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience with leadership management
- Strong organisational and time management skill, and attention to details
- Proactive leader, with strong problem solving and customer-centric sense
- Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
