Responsibilities:
• Work with a team in providing full support on day to day work
• Handling the daily operation of Centre and providing premium customer services to VIP members
• Answering VIP members’ enquiries and handling complaints in a professional manner
• Assisting in the company’s CRM , marketing activities and VIP loyalty program
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 1 years’ customer service experience in VIP service / luxury retail industry
• Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about the luxury retail industry, with VIP service experience is highly preferred
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English and especially in Mandarin
• Good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate will also consider
