Admin Assistant, Front office support
A global asset management firm is looking for administrative assistant to support their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare professional presentation decks and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones using various platforms.
- Manage office visitors, including internal and external stakeholders from global locations
- Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and meeting logistics, ensuring compliance with company travel policies
- Handle expense claims and reimbursement processes accurately and promptly.
- Provide support on ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, proactive, and a collaborative team player
