A global asset management firm is looking for administrative assistant to support their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare professional presentation decks and meeting materials
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones using various platforms.
  • Manage office visitors, including internal and external stakeholders from global locations
  • Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and meeting logistics, ensuring compliance with company travel policies
  • Handle expense claims and reimbursement processes accurately and promptly.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, proactive, and a collaborative team player
